They had issues with their pipe and our room got up to 80 degrees. They would not refund our money. However, they offered that option to a customer standing next to me. When I asked why that was an option for them and not us they called security. Poor service. Horrible people. Next, my lawyers.

You are allowed to have a moment. Not a lifetime. In other words, you are allowed to have a moment of reflection and pout for a little while but she refused to let me marinate in self pity. So thankful for this advice because even today at 44 years old I don’t stay down for long. A moment….not a lifetime.
